Food Truck & Walk-Up Orders
Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our food, all sales are final once an order has been prepared. If your order is incorrect, missing an item, or otherwise not fulfilled as ordered, please notify Wasted Vegan as soon as possible. Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions may be provided as appropriate.

Online & Pre-Orders
Online or pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund before preparation begins. Once preparation has begun, orders are non-refundable. Orders not picked up during the designated pickup period are not eligible for a refund. If Wasted Vegan is unable to fulfill all or part of your order, the affected item(s) will be refunded.

Catering Orders
Catering orders may require a deposit to reserve your date and begin preparation. Deposit amounts, payment deadlines, and cancellation terms will be provided in your catering agreement or invoice. Cancellations made after ingredients, supplies, staffing, rentals, or other event-specific expenses have been committed may be subject to partial or full charges.

Private Events & Food Truck Bookings
Food truck and private event reservations may require a booking deposit and/or minimum sales guarantee. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined in the applicable event agreement. Deposits and other payments may become non-refundable after specified deadlines due to staffing, scheduling, food purchasing, preparation, travel, permitting, and other event-related commitments.

 

Weather & Event Cancellations
Outdoor events may be affected by weather or other conditions beyond our control. Weather-related cancellations, postponements, and rescheduling will be handled according to the applicable event agreement. Customer cancellations due to weather do not automatically qualify for a refund unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations by Wasted Vegan
If Wasted Vegan must cancel an order or booking and cannot provide the agreed-upon service or an acceptable rescheduled date, payments made for services not provided will be refunded, subject to the terms of any applicable agreement.

 

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.
